My apartment was super clean and very well equipped. All equipment was top of the range, I observed. I especially loved the window seat where I could sit and watch the world go by. The staff were pleasant and helpful (a VERY rare find!).

There was no daily room refresh, and coffee replenishment was not available in the room.

The apartments provide very easy access to central areas of the city. A number of attractions are close, which makes it easy to visit them early before large crowds arrive. The location is certainly unbeatable!

The apartment was spacious and very tastefully furnished. I found blackout curtains in the apartment. They were excellent for blocking out light. Kitchen appliances and supplies were more than sufficient for cooking and dining.

modern facilities helpful staff

This location was really good. our suite had a kitchen, living area and separate bedroom. It included basic utensils. i found tea and coffee. the reception staff were helpful and parking was hassle-free.

i was charged for a mini bar item. i emailed customer service for an invoice. it has been over two weeks without a response after many emails.
